I just had to share something exciting happening here at Deer Run Farm. The snapdragons are in full bloom — and they’re absolutely beautiful this year!
Their colors are so bright and cheerful, and it feels like the whole field is bursting with joy. I’ve been waiting all season for this moment, and now that it’s here, I couldn’t keep it to myself.
This spring has been just right — warm sunshine, soft rains, and a little help from us at the farm — and the snapdragons have really thrived.
They’re blooming in all sorts of colors: pink, yellow, orange, and even a deep red that I absolutely love.
When you stand in the middle of the field and look around, it feels like you’ve stepped into a rainbow. It’s one of the most beautiful sights on the farm right now, and I hope you’ll come see it with your own eyes.
This year, we’re trying something new and you’re going to love it. I’ve started making small snapdragon flower arrangements, and I’m selling them in the country store for just $10.
They’re simple, fresh, and full of color. These sweet little bouquets are just right for your table—or as a surprise for a friend!
