At Deer Run Farm, we're a family who loves to grow. For over 30 years, we've been planting seeds and sharing our harvest with friends like you.
It all started in the early 1990s when we opened our first strawberry farm. Since then, we've moved and grown, but our love for farming has stayed the same.
In 2023, we made the decision to move to a larger location to keep up with the growing demand for our strawberries.
Now, we’re proud to offer 10 acres of beautiful U-Pick strawberry fields where you can pick your own or stop by our new store for freshly picked strawberries.
Our strawberries are picked throughout the day so they’re as fresh as can be when you bring them home.
In the summer of 2024, we proudly opened our Country Store where we sell fresh produce right here on the farm.
Most of the fruits and vegetables we sell are grown right in our fields, so when you shop with us, you’re getting the freshest produce around.
We’re always adding something new to the farm!
This fall, we’ll be kicking off our very first Family Fall Festival with a pumpkin patch, corn maze, and lots of activities for kids.
During the holiday season, from Thanksgiving through Christmas, we’ll offer fresh-cut North Carolina Mountain Christmas trees—maybe even a visit from Santa!
